Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 50 pounds per pet.
Pet deposit is $150 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $150 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of$25 will be charged per pet.

All animals must be approved by management. Please contact the leasing office for details on pet/breed restrictions.

Our pet-friendly environment welcomes pets at Bella Vida in Dallas, TX. We have created a warm and inviting atmosphere with a new dog park and pet stations. You will see that our apartments for rent are great for all lifestyles.
